The leadership of the Republican Senate just put out their budget for 2015-2017 and they rejected our DOC contract. 

1. If you are within driving distance, please come with us to the State Capitol and let legislators know how you feel about this.  They are holding a budget hearing to take testimony this afternoon at 3:30 PM in Olympia at the Cherberg building.  If you can go please let Dustin Lambro know at 206-794-2606 or reply to this email.
2. If you are unable to come in person, please call the Legislative Hotline at 1-800-562-6000 and send an email NOW to your Senators by finding which district you live in here.  Tell them to fund the Teamsters 117 DOC Contract.

We have worked so hard to get where we are, and we need to do all we can to put the pressure on right NOW to make sure they understand that DOC Teamsters will not take this lightly.
