This week is National Nurses Week, a time to pay tribute to the exceptional work of our members at the Washington State Nurses Association and at the Washington State Department of Corrections.

Our nurses who are members of Teamsters 117, along with over 3 million register nurses nationwide, provide essential health care services to the public.

They work long hours, in challenging, stressful environments to deliver compassionate, critical, and ethical care.
