We have been following the Sysco-US Foods merger carefully over the past several months in order to keep members working in the food service and grocery industries informed.

Yesterday, Sysco announced an agreement to sell 11 US Foods distribution centers to Performance Food Group in an effort to appease anti-trust concerns.  

One of the locations named by Sysco was the US Foods facility in Fife.

The plan must still be approved by federal regulators at the FTC.
