Last year, members of Teamsters 117 collected hundreds of jars of peanut butter for hungry families across the Puget Sound region, and we placed 2nd in a friendly contest involving dozens of local unions.

This year, we'll be participating in the annual Union Peanut Butter Drive again. Let's show some Teamster pride and be the #1 peanut butter donor in the entire Northwest!

All of our donations will be distributed to families in need through the Emergency Food Network.  

Here's what you can do to help feed hungry kids:

• Bring your jars of peanut butter to work and your Shop Steward will get it to your Business Rep.
• Bring your peanut butter donations by the Union Hall.
• Ask your co-workers to donate peanut butter and remind them to buy it at a Union store like Fred Meyer or Safeway.
• Bring peanut butter to our General Membership Meeting on Thursday, March 17 and other Teamster meetings and events.

Get your donations in by May 11, 2016. Thank you for helping to fight hunger!
