Tell me about your work as a Teamster.

I’m a warehouseman at Lineage Logistics in Algona. We ship, pick, receive. Our product ranges from turkeys to fish to bread. A whole variety of commodities.

What were you hoping to gain when you came to the Convention?

I wanted bring back information to my group about how the big picture works so that all of us can learn more about our Union.

How has the event been so far?

Outstanding. There is so much involvement, excitement, and empowerment. I was especially struck by the nominations for our International Union’s General Executive Board. That was powerful.

Anything you plan to bring back to the membership?

I’d like to bring back a lot of photos and videos to give other members an impression of our strong our Union is.
