On Thursday, December 19, you are invited to join the hundreds of Teamsters 117 members who will be participating in our annual holiday membership meeting and raffle drawing. To learn how to participate, please read the information below carefully.
HOLIDAY RAFFLE - PLEASE CHOOSE ONE! 🎁
To participate in the raffle, you must be a member or retiree of Teamsters Local 117 in good standing. We have two options for the raffle drawing (Please choose one!):
- Raffle for members attending in-person
- Raffle for members attending remotely over Zoom
1) IN-PERSON ATTENDANCE*
The in-person meeting will be held on December 19 at the Union Hall in Tukwila starting at 7 p.m. We will raffle off thousands of dollars in gifts & cash prizes! *You must be present to win.
If you plan to attend in-person, DO NOT register for the Zoom meeting. If you register for the Zoom meeting, you will not be eligible for in-person prizes. This is a popular event and parking may be tight. We suggest you carpool, if possible, and plan on arriving early. This will give you time to get settled and enjoy some pre-meeting merriment with your Teamsters sisters and brothers.
2) ONLINE ZOOM ATTENDANCE
The Zoom meeting will be held on December 19 starting at 7 p.m. We will raffle off thousands of dollars in cash prizes! To be entered into the raffle, you must register for the raffle using the Zoom registration link below by no later than Thursday, December 19 by 12 noon. There will be 5 GRAND PRIZE drawings for those members that register and ATTEND the Zoom meeting. All other cash prizes are available for any member in good standing that simply registers for the Zoom meeting. If you register for the Zoom meeting, you will not be eligible for in-person raffle prizes.

OPEN HOUSE FOR NIGHT SHIFT MEMBERS
Night shift members who can't attend in person are encouraged to join us at our Open House at the Union Hall during normal business hours (8am to 5pm) on December 19 to enter into a separate raffle drawing for a chance to win a TV! We'll be serving coffee, hot chocolate, and treats and you can ham it up with Teamsters staff and get your name entered into the TV raffle drawing. Night shift members are also welcome to enter the Zoom raffle.
