DOC Teamsters: Have you voted on the State's 2025-2027 contract proposal yet?

If you haven't voted, please check your email from last Friday to access your ElectionBuddy ballot and be sure to vote. You have until this Friday, August 16 at 1159 p.m. to return your electronic ballot.  

Your Union Negotiations Committee unanimously recommends that you VOTE NO on the State's proposal. A strong, majority NO VOTE will allow us to make our case for safety and fair wages to the arbitrator.

Prior to the vote, please review the State's Last, Best, and Final proposal.  

If you did not receive a ballot, you may need to complete a membership application. You can activate your union membership here or call our office at 206-441-4860 to check your eligibility. If you are a member but need to update your contact information, you can do so here.  

Our solidarity and strong participation in this contract vote are key to making a persuasive case before the arbitrator. Please remember to vote and encourage your co-workers who are non-members to activate their Union membership immediately so they can cast their ballot!
