Rank-and-file members and Union staff have negotiated a tentative agreement (MOU) that will limit the amount of mandatory overtime DOC can assign to Officers and Sergeants to no more than 8 hours a week.
Once fully executed, the agreement will remain in effect for 60 days with the option to extend if mutually agreed upon by the parties.
VOTING INSTRUCTIONS - OFFICERS & SERGEANTS
Custody staff will be voting on the proposed MOU. Your rank-and-file bargaining team recommends that you vote YES to approve the MOU.
The voting will be administered through ElectionBuddy. You will receive an email on Friday, May 20 at 0600 with a link to your authenticated ballot as well as a text message to the mobile number that we have on file at the Union.

You will be able to view the proposed MOU when you open your ElectionBuddy ballot. This ballot will expire at 0600 on Wednesday, May 25, 2022. Make sure you vote between 0600 on Friday, May 20 and 0600 on Wednesday, May 25!
