We will be holding Contract Funding Strategy Sessions all across the state to talk about how we can pressure legislators in Olympia to fund our DOC contract.
The timing is perfect after Lobby Day to talk about how to do additional outreach to members of our community, including small businesses, local elected officials, and our friends and neighbors.
We did the research and the total economic impact of passing the Interest Arbitration award will pump some $500 million into our economy, $42 million of that just coming from the wage increase itself. That’s a story we have to tell our communities, and we need your help in telling it.
