Through the interest arbitration process, it was determined that we could share with you at the end of the hearing videos of our opening and closing arguments as well as exhibits containing our protected economic proposal and the employer's.

Now that the hearing is over, we would like to share with you these materials so that you can better understand our position before the arbitrator.

The video of General Counsel Spencer Thal’s opening statement is divided into two parts.  The video of Associate General Counsel Dan’s Swedlow’s closing statement is divided into three parts.  We requested that we film the employer’s opening and closing remarks, but the State refused.
