Late last year, we filed a demand to bargain over changes the Department had unilaterally implemented impacting Article 18 of your collective bargaining agreement, which deals with Extended Duty Assignments.

Together with members at LCC, CCCC, and OCC, we bargained a change to the article which members have overwhelmingly voted to approve.

Article 18, which now aligns with the Department of Natural Resources, limits extended duty assignment to no more than fourteen consecutive days, with some limited exceptions.
