We have reached an agreement with the DOC to settle many of our outstanding grievance and arbitration cases over the Governor's vaccine mandate.
That agreement provides that all members who DOC terminated as a result of the vaccine mandate and who had an approved religious exemption from the mandate will be given the opportunity to return to DOC employment.

Affected members who are interested in seeking reinstatement must email Christine Ram at [email protected] with the request within 60 days of the final signature of the agreement.
Within the next couple of weeks, the DOC will be sending out a letter to the last known address of affected members to inform them about their rights under the agreement.
