To schedule a personal pension appointment to review your benefits under the Trust, see below: 

The Western Conference of Teamsters Pension Trust will provide pension interviews at the Tukwila Teamsters Building.  You will be able to set up a personal appointment to meet with a representative from the Trust to discuss your Pension Plan coverage, benefits, and retirement choices.  A Plan Representative will be at the Tukwila location the second and fourth Tuesday of each month between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

In order to meet with a Plan Representative, you will need to make an appointment at least one week in advance.  This will allow the Administrative Office sufficient time to research all of the information in your file to make sure it is updated and correct.  To schedule an appointment, please call Mandy Gray at the Northwest Administrators Office at (206) 329-4900, ext. 4204.  

Remember, you can also schedule a pension interview at Northwest Administrators located at 2323 Eastlake Avenue East in Seattle.  Interviews are conducted on the third floor and can be scheduled from 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
