This is a basic training designed for Shop Stewards who have never been in the position before or as a review for more experienced Stewards. We will be covering:

• the basics of Local 117
• your responsibilities as a Shop Steward
• contract bargaining
• member mobilization
• resolving workplace issues
• and more!

Shop Stewards who are new to the position will receive an invitation to the training.
