Every quarter we provide a training course for newly-elected Shop Stewards.  The course covers general representation, grievance and arbitration, political action, member mobilization, among other topics.  

If you are a new Shop Steward, you will receive notification by mail about the training.  If you have questions, please talk to your Business Representative.
