2022 DOC SHOP STEWARD SEMINAR AND FULL SEMINAR

Every year, we recognize the hard work, commitment and sacrifice of hundreds of Shop Stewards across our Union at our DOC Shop Steward Seminar on Friday, March 11 and our Shop Steward Seminar and Appreciation Day for all Stewards on Saturday, March 12. As a DOC Steward, you are invited to attend both events!

EVENT DETAILS 

This year’s DOC Seminar will take place on Friday, March 11, 2022, from 11:30 AM to 5:00 PM at the Teamsters Union Hall in Tukwila. Your participation at this event is required. Your health and safety is our first priority. For those who cannot or have concerns about attending in-person, we will have a virtual option (link will be coming soon!).

On Saturday, March 12, all Local 117 Stewards, including DOC Stewards, will meet for our Shop Steward Seminar and Appreciation Day at the Washington State Convention Center in downtown Seattle starting at 8:30 AM. We will have a virtual option for that event as well. For those attending in-person please know that the Washington State Convention Center, the location of Saturday’s event, will be requiring all participants to provide either proof of full vaccination status or a negative Covid-19 PCR or Rapid test administered within three (3) days of the event by a licensed third-party healthcare company.

All DOC Shop Stewards will receive a letter with details about how to register for this event. If you have not received your letter by the end of January, please contact your Union Representative.
