Local 117 members stand in solidarity with workers at Taylor Farms who are fighting for a voice.

Taylor Farms workers have been fighting to become Teamsters for nearly three years. During that time, they've faced serious threats, intimidation, and retaliation.

On Wednesday evening, at Golden State Foods in Sumner, a group of members gathered outside the facility to listen to Taylor Farms workers tell their stories of abusive working conditions.  A similar solidarity action took place at QCD on Tuesday. 

Taylor Farms is the largest producer of fresh-cut produce in the world. The company has responded mercilessly against its workers’ push for dignity, better working conditions and a union.
