A quick update on our case against Practigov, the dubious entity that is seeking to obtain the personal information of our members at the DOC.

Our legal counsel was in Superior Court today where a judge granted our request for a 14-day temporary restraining order stopping the DOC from releasing your information to Practigov.

This is good news. It protects your privacy for now and buys valuable time for us to continue to build what we believe to be a strong case against Practigov.

We will be seeking a preliminary injunction at a hearing, not yet scheduled, but to be held within 14 days. Assuming that goes well, we will work to make the injunction permanent in the weeks that follow.
