SPECIAL SESSION STARTS!  STOP THE CUTS!  RALLY IN OLYMPIA ON NOV. 28!

On November 28, the Washington State Legislature is reconvening for a Special Session to cut an additional $2 billion from our state budget.

Our communities and families have already suffered enough.  Cuts at the Department of Corrections, for example, have hurt working families, and made our corrections’ staff and communities less safe.

Join your Teamsters Brothers and Sisters as we Occupy the Capitol and bring the face of the 99% to Olympia!

We need to urge our Legislators to close corporate tax loopholes and raise revenue instead of making more cuts. It’s time for big corporations and the wealthy in this state to pay their fair share.
